Percassi is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales & Back of House Assistants at our Nike Stores in Athens City Center. This role combines excellent customer service on the shop floor with strong organizational responsibilities behind the scenes and achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales on the shop floor
- Assist customers with product selection and provide a premium brand experience
- Maintain strong product knowledge, with a passion for Nike products and culture
- Manage all back-of-house operations, including:
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
- Organizing and maintaining stockroom/warehouse layout
- Replenishing shop floor stock efficiently
- Handling packaging and transfers
- Ensure stock accuracy and support inventory processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of both sales floor and stockroom
- Assist the Store Manager in matters of goods’ management
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets, celebrating victories as a team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Proven experience in warehouse or stockroom organization, ideally in a retail environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Passion for sportswear
- Fluent in English
- Ability to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays according to operational needs
