The Real Estate sector is one of Percassi Group’s historical and strategic areas. 

The business has grown steadily, establishing itself through the construction of major shopping malls, such as Oriocenter (several expansions followed the initial phase), Sicilia Outlet Village and Torino Outlet Village. 
Alongside these developments, the group has undertaken important urban planning projects, including the construction of the new IBM district in Segrate, and the major renovation and refurbishment of the San Pellegrino Thermal Baths, in the province of Bergamo. 

These important initiatives were developed in partnership with world-renowned architects, with a focus on the harmonious redevelopment of the surrounding area, environmental sustainability and the creation of value for local communities, also in terms of employment. 

The Group operates in the real estate sector mainly through its sub-holding companies, Percassi Properties and Stilo Immobiliare Finanziaria.
