The Founder
All of the Percassi Group’s activities are strongly supported by its founder, Antonio Percassi, together with his family’s valuable cooperation.
Born in Clusone in 1953, he pursued a promising career in professional football with Atalanta. In the 1970s, he chose to embark on an entrepreneurial journey into the real estate sector and later in commerce, a decision that would profoundly shape both his future and that of the Group.
By remaining faithful to the motto “work, be serious and keep your word”, Antonio Percassi established major partnerships over time – including those with Luciano Benetton, Amancio Ortega of Inditex Group and Giorgio Armani, and developed many innovative entrepreneurial ideas, such as the creation of KIKO Milano. He received an Honorary Degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Bergamo and an Honorary Degree in Marketing from IULM University, before returning to his great passion, Atalanta, which he leads as Club Chairman.
