Da30Polenta and Percassi
In 2014, Percassi Group acquired the original “Da30Polenta” format – a popular food brand that produces premium polenta using only carefully selected ingredients and authentic culinary traditions – and turned it into an innovative model. The goal was to create a franchise-style chain to launch on national and international markets.

The first Da30Polenta store opened in May 2014, at the Orio Center Mall, based on an unconventional dining formula. The format – completely redesigned down to the last detail to make it unique – centers on strong product communication and is supported by an original, authentic menu.
Polenta takes pride of place, highlighting the simple, authentic cuisine offered, while the kitchen equipment is displayed in full view so that customers can see how the dishes are prepared and processed in real time: this dining concept is suited to all ages, at any time of the day, and also includes an efficient take-away service.
