Percassi has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification for its Retail companies, confirming a concrete and structured commitment to equity, inclusion and equal opportunities.
The certification covers key areas such as governance, HR processes, pay equity, growth and development opportunities, parental protection and work-life balance, fully aligned with the Group’s People and ESG strategy, which places people at the centre of business development.
